Simon Winery

In 2010 this boutique winery was started by Ze'evi Simon in the basement of his family home in Kiryat Tivon. The winery creates wines of high quality, closely and personally supervised by Ze'evi Simon in consultation with leading vintners. The work involved is carried out by family members and friends who share the founder's abiding love of wine.
